Newbury Park High of California seniors Lex Young, Leo Young and Aaron Sahlman swept the top three spots at the CIF Southern Section Division 2 boys cross country final at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, Calif. Lex Young covered the 2.93-mile layout in 14:38.1, Leo Young clocked 14:38.2 and Aaron Sahlman ran 14:43.8 for the Panthers, who secured their fourth consecutive section championship with a 25-90 victory against Ventura, as both teams advanced to the Nov. 26 state final at Woodward Park in Fresno.
