Newbury Park XC, representing California, is competing at Nike Cross Nationals for the second year in a row. Nico Young, Jace Aschbrenner, Colin Sahlman, Nick Goldstein, Daniel Appleford, Leo Young and Tommy McDonnell are scheduled to compete for Newbury Park XC, which placed sixth in its NXN debut last season. Young returns after finishing fourth individually last year and is among the favorites to capture the national title.
