Dev Doshi, a UCLA-bound senior at Newbury Park High in California, won the Marmonte League title by covering the 3-mile layout at Agoura High in 15:13.98 to lead the Panthers to their seventh consecutive boys team championship with a 33-54 victory against Oaks Christian School. Doshi, who also won the league opener Sept. 7 at Peppertree Park in Newbury Park in 15:00.6, had not competed since Sept. 16 at the 42nd Woodbridge Cross Country Classic Presented by ASICS America. He improved from fifth place in last year's final in 15:15.6.
